Returns are allowed for products that are unopened are still within their original and undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Retuning goods for ‘Change of Mind’ to Opel Mobile are at the expense of the purchaser.

Refunding of returned goods will only be for the cost of the item/s that have been returned. PLEASE NOTE – that the shipping cost of the original shipment will not be refunded.

If you wish to make a return please speak with us directly either by phone 1300 871 954 or by email help@opelmobile.com.au to obtain a Return Authority Number as well as the return shipping address. PLEASE NOTE – Returned goods will not be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Authority Number.
